Contact us through the website chat  within 30 days of delivery to request a return. For "change your mind" means the item isn't damaged. You just decided you don't want it.  For that kind of return, the customer pays the return shipping cost; if the return is approved,   the refund goes back to the original payment method. If a item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us  through the website chat within 15 days of delivery. include your order number and photos so we can help.
